Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while also handling essential office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and office events.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and databases.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks as required.
  • Assist in handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or junior candidates are welcome (Degree / diploma holder)
  • Possess excellent command of both English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with and support Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn.
  • Great multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday (with occasional flexibility)
