Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage global recruitment efforts, coordinating closely with hiring managers for smooth communication and interview arrangements.
  2. Source, interview, and recommend candidates based on hiring needs, ensuring timely replacements for departing staff.
  3. Develop and manage talent sourcing channels to optimize resource utilization.
  4. Suggest and implement improvements to recruitment policies, processes, systems, and tools to enhance hiring efficiency.
  5. Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, visa applications, and general HR administration.
  6. Analyze recruitment activities, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights.
  7. Assist the HR team in advising employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  8. Support employee development programs and engagement initiatives.
  9. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
  3. Strong data analysis skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  5. Proficiency in English (verbal & written) and fluency in Mandarin (for internal communication).
  6. Ability to confidently and discreetly handle HR queries across all levels of the organization.
