Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead point of contact on behalf of Client Activation to execute client account and market initiatives e.g asset conversions, mergers/acquisitions, name/address changes, new fund launches.
  • Working closely with Clients, Investment Managers, RM, Credit Risk, and many other internal stakeholders as part of the onboarding and trade lifecycle.
  • Interpret client instructions and assist in the completion of necessary documentation to ensure that the static data is accurately set up into the systems.
  • Conduct an in-depth regular reviews of all outstanding items ensuring activities are completed in accordance with SLA/ stipulated timelines.
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Develop a full understanding of an individual client’s structure and requirements to ensure a tailored service when engaging with clients in respect of their account and market setups.

Requirements:

  • Min. 3-4 years of experience in a client-servicing role, client onboarding, client account management, trade lifecycle.
  • Proven prioritisation skills and ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous with details
  • Strong client service skills
  • Ability to understand complexities in a transaction
  • Able to start work in July 2024
