Business Development Manager

Job Scope:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and inform decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage client accounts effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services or products.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry forums.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- ONLY Singaporean or PR may apply.
Key Deliverables:
- Increased client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Expansion into new markets or industries.
- Strong, long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Successful implementation of business development strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented approach.
