Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and inform decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services or products.
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry forums.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • ONLY Singaporean or PR may apply.



Key Deliverables:

  • Increased client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Expansion into new markets or industries.
  • Strong, long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Successful implementation of business development strategies.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-oriented approach.
