Job Responsibilities:
- Leave admin (Handling queries through the leave admin mailbox and hotline)
- Process government paid leave claims
- Electronic Signature Book assignment
- Staff referral
- Spot Award management
- Data Quality Monitoring
- Long Service award administration such as preparing list of recipients every year, organizing the annual award ceremony
- Arrange temporary accommodation including invoicing
- Responding to ex-employees Reference Check and collate new hires’ reference checks
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 2 years of HR Admin experience
