Overall Job Scope

As a (Senior) Account Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth by managing the entire sales cycle, from pitch to deal closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise potential B2B customers on the benefits of LucaNet's software solutions, leveraging qualified leads and outbound efforts.
  • Understand customer needs and develop tailored, individualized solutions.
  • Manage the sales process end-to-end, from the first pitch to contract completion.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers or the Professional Services team during key stages of the sales process to deliver optimal customer advice and support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent performance.
  • Represent LucaNet in customer meetings, as well as at industry events and trade fairs, to showcase its software solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven track records in B2B SaaS/software or IT solutions sales.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, including experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a flair for effective presentations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with a high degree of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Familiarity with the ASEAN market, an established network in the region, and Salesforce experience are advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.
