Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Reception duties, answering calls, and manage school mails and parcels.
  • Perform with administrative tasks like data entry, goods receiving, filing, and printing.
  • Attend to customer service enquiries, manage events, supporting teachers.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Experience in school environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player who works well with other colleagues.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and another language.

Commitment Period:

01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (subject to extension)


Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Monday – Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm
