We are seeking a Reservations Administrator to assist the Managers by efficiently handling administrative tasks. This role requires providing support with skill and professionalism, encompassing a wide range of administrative functions.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, emailing, answering, and responding to telephone calls and messages, as well as coordinating schedules and appointments.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Submit and follow up on maintenance requests.
- Arrange for office equipment maintenance or technical support.
- Assist with data gathering and communication for the execution of projects or events.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Preferably, have experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry or hospitality sector.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
