Roles & Responsibilities

You will be working with a European based electrical manufacturer. They have presence in more than 40 countries. You will be managing the regional sales team of around 7.


Job Scope:

  1. Develop and execute a sales plan aligning with objectives.
  2. Expand existing business while developing new areas like Device Connectivity and Automation IT.
  3. Enhance employee expertise based on holistic solution approaches.
  4. Integrate services into the business model, complementing with local offerings.
  5. Collaborate on marketing mix development tailored to local markets.
  6. Continuously analyze market trends and evaluate competition.
  7. Communicate product innovations as clear customer benefits.
  8. Implement sales strategy consistently across target markets.
  9. Fulfill customer requirements through standard programs and documentation.
  10. Lead sales team to acquire key customers and report directly to management.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in regional sales management, preferably in electronic and electrical connectivity/PCB/IoT industry
  • 3 years of regional team management experience, covering multiple countries (At least a senior manager level)
  • Experience in industrial cabling/connectors/pcb/ethernet switches product
