Job Description:
The Regional Sales & Partnership Director is a key position that will help Dailymotion maintain and develop a strong presence in the APAC Market.
Reporting to the VP of Sales APAC, you will be identifying strategic opportunities to grow Dailymotion and other Vivendi subsidiaries' footprint.
Establishing and fostering relationships at all levels of seniority, you will create strong ties with agencies and clients to develop a firm understanding of Dailymotion's offering across the market.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth in Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore
- Define and implement the sales strategy for agencies and advertisers in the Thai and other markets
- Manage, evaluate, and arbitrate among the existing partnerships for efficiency and ROI
- Prospect, negotiate, and sign new partnerships with Trading Desks, Media Agencies, Advertisers & other relevant demand sources
- Effectively manage the sales activity of your portfolio
- Provide market analysis and identify key actors for video advertising
- Contribute to the organization and development of larger strategic partnerships (Ad operations, contents, programmatic partnerships, etc.)
- Reporting and forecasting of the monthly results
- Hire and build a strong team of sellers according to the increased demand
- Represent the Dailymotion brand locally and in the industry events
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in digital, media, or ad tech sales while carrying a sales quota
- Extensive experience in video ad sales
- Strong network among agencies and clients direct, particularly Indonesian and Filipino businesses.
- Strategic seller able to solve client problems through consultative approach
- Ability to take quick decisions and maximize outcomes in a challenging environment
- Detailoriented, strong analytical, decisionmaking, and developing leadership skills;
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth
- Define and implement the sales strategy for agencies and advertisers in the Thai market, Malaysia and key regional clients in Singapore.
- Manage, evaluate, and arbitrate among the existing partnerships for efficiency and ROI
- Prospect, negotiate and sign new partnerships with Trading Desks, Media Agencies, Advertisers & other relevant demand sources
- Effectively manage sales activity of your portfolio.
- Provide market analysis and identify key actors for video advertising

- Good speaker, communicator, and presenter are able to represent the new entity in front of local media.
- Fluent in English, you also have notions in Thai, Bahasa or other languages
- This position will require frequent traveling to ASEAN countries.
