Finance/Admin Executive, PTV Logistics Asia Pte Ltd

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Finance Executive, who will support the Regional Finance Director in day-to-day operations.


Your professional inputs are valuable, and this should be coupled with integrity and a personality suited as a team player.

Your left (analytical) and right (creative) sides of your brain will be utilized often, because accounting and finance involves handling a broad range of responsibilities.


You are adaptable and resilient because situations evolve and change. As such, you have a growth mindset because - like the rest of the team - you strive to go beyond your comfort zone to make success happen. And yes, you have empathy and a sense of humour.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Finance Director
  • Handle full set of Accounts for the region.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable and payroll processes.
  • Prepare regional financial reports.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages to head office and variance analysis.
  • Assist in taxation matters (Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate tax and GST)
  • Assist, prepare and monitor financial budgets, timely forecasts and controlling.
  • Monitoring and follow up of outstanding debts.
  • Liaison with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities and related PTV companies.
  • Assist in any other financial, human-resource, administrative or adhoc matters as and when required.
  • Prepares annual financial statements and XBRL filings.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
  • Minimum 3 Years Working Experience in full set of accounts.
  • Team player, good communications skills, initiative, and independent worker
  • Strong Microsoft Office application skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Proactive, Meticulous, and detailed
  • Diligent, work with integrity and passion
  • Excellent organizing abilities.
  • Good knowledge of GST & IFRS
