Assistant Manager/ Manager

Responsibilities
Visitor Experience
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance visitor experience and satisfaction. This includes:
- Working with curatorial, education and programmes team to ensure optimum visitor experience
- Managing the front desk operations
- Training and supervising front desk staff
- Monitor visitors feedback and suggest improvements
- Review and analyse visitor profiles to provide internal teams with insight into audiences
Operations Management
- Attend to public, school, corporate and venue bookings
- Actively promote venue rentals
- Consolidate weekly and monthly management reports which includes information on visitorship, feedback, KPIs, budget utilisation and sales revenue
- Support all knowledge management needs and manage all information assets
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by GM/MHC
Requirements
- Preferably 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience with good operations, admin and visitor experience knowledge
- A resourceful and good team player with strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinker with analytical skills
- Strong skills in MS Excel and other data analytics will be an advantage
- Some interest in language and culture
- Willing and able to work some evenings, weekends or on public holidays to support events
