Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Billing & Settlement Officer to join their team, with the aim of further developing the current high-performing team. They are located in the central area, easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send customer invoices for utilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues.
  • Prepare monthly and daily settlement reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of bills and settlements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for accurate customer information.
  • Liaise with external vendors to resolve issues.
  • Prepare financial and billing-related reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or IT.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; a team player.
