We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza and Western food Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on crafting exceptional pizzas while also being capable of preparing a variety of other dishes to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.


Job Responsibilities:


  1. Prepare and bake pizzas based on custom requests from our menu.
  2. Proficiently prepare and bake pizza dough.
  3. Prepare and cook a variety of other dishes, including fried chicken and other menu items.
  4. Monitor food stock, maintain supplies, and place orders when required.
  5. Suggest new recipes to renew our menu and attract more clients.
  6. Consistently adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
  7. Prepare specific food items and meal components at your station.
  8. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.
  9. Clean the kitchen and equipment before and after food service.
  10. Maintain a safe and sanitary work area in the kitchen.
  11. Conduct stocktaking and order supplies for your station.
  12. Coordinate and cooperate with other kitchen staff to complete tasks.
  13. Apply safety standards and comply with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines and regulations.
  14. Regularly check the safety equipment for use.
  15. Report any mishaps in the kitchen.
  16. Perform general housekeeping duties.
  17. Improve food preparation methods based on feedback.
  18. Assist the head chef in various areas of the kitchen as required.

Requirements:


Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Pizza and Western Food Chef.

Experience in preparing a variety of dishes, including fried chicken and spaghetti

Good understanding of food safety practices and hygiene.

Excellent team spirit with a customer-focused attitude.
