HR and Recruitment Assistant - Omega 365 Singapore Pte Ltd
Omega 365 Singapore is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to support our Office Manager. This role encompasses full-cycle HR responsibilities with a focus on recruitment and minimal administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Support Office Manager with employee life cycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding).
- Source candidates, manage CV database and ensure accuracy.
- Handle foreign worker work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations if needed.
- Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
- Assist internal and external personnel with HR-related inquiries.
- Manage staff visa applications, travel arrangements, and insurance.
- Assist with corporate events like team building and dinners.
- Ensure new employees are enrolled in the company's insurance policy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Some administrative tasks as needed.
Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer and database management.
- Ability to with the deadline and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent decision-making, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and improve continuously.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or diploma with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
Additional information:
- 5-day work week
- Location: Raffles Place
- Contract to permanent position.
- Must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and dependable.
