  • Job Description:
  • We are in need of an experienced HR Executive (Full Spectrum) to support the employees and operations of 2 Preschools in Singapore.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • - Collaborate closely with the Cluster Principal and School Principals to grasp their strategic priorities and devise HR initiatives to assist them.
  • - Create and execute HR programs and policies to steer business outcomes.
    Gain a solid grasp of the operational needs/challenges and frontline issues of staff.
  • - Drive strategic efforts such as enhancing employee engagement and onboarding programs.
  • - Work alongside Centre Leaders to study and assess staff promotion, career advancement, and succession planning (current and future) of staff.
  • - Partner with the Management Team to recognize and aid in implementing continuous improvement schemes to enrich employees' overall experience.
  • - Participate in crafting Standard Operating Procedures.
  • - Compile and handle the submission of reports and process claims from local authorities (NS, maternity, childcare, etc.).
    Discuss employee confirmation, transfer, re-designation, conversion, renewal, and re-employment with managers and staff to ensure smooth transitions to the next milestone or new role.
  • - Prepare employment offer letters for new hires and discuss the terms with them.
  • - Oversee and manage employee off-boarding for a smooth and respectful exit experience, be it voluntary or involuntary.
  • - Conduct relevant retention surveys, aggregate and analyze data acquired from employee surveys and exit interviews.
  • - Suggest and offer actionable plans to tackle or better any identified issues and/or concerns.
  • - Engage and partake in devising and carrying out organization-wide/center events and activities.
  • - Aid in planning and executing ad hoc HR projects and ventures.
  • - Assist in Recruitment processes
  • - Support in Payroll duties
  • Requirements:
  • - Hold at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource with two years of HR experience specifically in the Early Childhood Industry.
  • - Past involvement in a similar Industry and understanding of the recruitment requisites for Educators in Singapore
  • - GCE 'O' Level qualification
  • - Superb communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • - Proficient in Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
  • - A collaborative team player with a dedication to empower and motivate young lives.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • - Patient and enjoys engaging with young children

  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
