Responsibilities:

  • Support Office Manager with employee life cycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding).
  • Source candidates, manage CV database and ensure accuracy.
  • Handle foreign worker work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations if needed.
  • Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
  • Assist internal and external personnel with HR-related inquiries.
  • Manage staff visa applications, travel arrangements, and insurance.
  • Assist with corporate events like team building and dinners.
  • Ensure new employees are enrolled in the company's insurance policy.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Some administrative tasks as needed.

Skills:

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer and database management.
  • Ability to with the deadline and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent decision-making, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and improve continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma with 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
