Responsibilities

  • Evaluate resumes and applications to identify candidates' relevant skills and experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing updates on job opportunities and maintaining a strong network.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews between candidates and employers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings when necessary.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the team and update the candidate database.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with the consumer services industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with the team and clients.
  • Availability to work on a freelance basis, with flexible working hours.
