Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Oversee at least 2 designated outlets. To ensure the smooth operation and positive guest experience.

Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals, sales targets and profitability. Ensure compliance with operations standards and SOPs. Maintain high level of QSC of the outlets.


Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Cost Management

· Analyse monthly P&L and take actions for improvement of results

· Plan & maintain a safe level of outlet inventory

· To ensure strict receiving, checking, storage procedures of products for shops operation.

· Monitor and control labour cost through effective manpower scheduling and monitor staff leave

· Increase profitability through proper cost and wastage control measure

· Ensure accuracy of petty cash claims and accurate records

· Ensure accuracy of all sales takings and bank-in including cash deposits and credit card and NETS payments

· Handle all outlet administrative duties and submit all necessary records and paperwork to corporate office on time.

· Conduct monthly stock checks and take of all inventories

Quality Control

· Conduct QSC audit (QUALITY, SERIVCE, CONTROLS)

· Perform product quality and customer service checks

Marketing & Promotion

· Ensure proper coordination and execution of promotions

Human Resource & Trainings

· Enforce discipline and ensure proper conduct of all staff whereby create a high level of morale amongst the staff in shop. Conduct performance appraisal for all staff

· Recruit staff and follow-thru with their appointment letter and uniforms with HR

· Provide guidance and training to all staff with due respect of the company’s policies

· Approval of payroll for outlet before sending to HR department for processing

· Identify needs for training

· Training and orientating newly onboarding staff

Others

· Aid management team in setting up of new outlets including setup off operational system, POS, SOPs, POP, work stations etc


Requirement:

· Diploma in Business / Retail Management (F&B preferred)

· Experience in supervising, training staff and team building

· Team Player with good interpersonal and communication skills

· Good organization and time management skills

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Able to start work immediately /or with short notice
