Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of Project Executives & Managers in preparing correspondence to clients
  • Assist in preparing quotations to clients and tender submission
  • Collaborating with vendors & suppliers in securing cost submissions, collecting new sample and materials
  • Submission of relevant documents such as PTW, Worker Name list, RA, Method Statements etc before commencing of project
  • Prepare OMM, DO & Handling over form once project completed
  • Generate POs
  • Maintain a system for tracking clients’ PO
  • Submit monthly PO report
  • Documentation for BCA Track Record
  • Ensure smooth flow of all other project administrative function
  • Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Min. O level
  • Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication & writing skills to liaise with bilingual speaking clients
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative
  • Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
