Personal Assistant cum Operations Support

Duration: 1 year contract based(subject renewable/convertible)
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced, multitasking individual to assist the management team with full level administrative and secretarial support while also ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the management team
- Prepare meeting minutes, presentation slides, documents and reports
- Organise and coordinate the management team's calendar, travel plans, business meetings/appointments
- Compile and submit monthly claims on behalf of the management team
- Track and monitor the progress of sales performance, participate in sales meetings, submit reports and updates on a regular basis
- Process and prepare invoices, payments and other administrative tasks as required
- Cover reception duties as needed, assist and support guests, and create a welcome environment for all stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
- Preference for individuals with at least 2 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
- Mature, meticulous, strong problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking partners) due to job requirements
This is a one-year position, with the possibility of renewal and/or permanent conversion
