Property Executive Cum FSM

- Act as the intermediary with building owners, FMC, and tenants across sites, and coordinate with contractors.
- Engage with tenants to address their needs during the work period, especially when it impacts their daily operations.
- Ensure the highest standards in safety, code compliance, and efficient property service delivery.
- Attend all meetings and inspections, provide regular updates, and prepare engineering, facilities, and project reports as needed.
- Build strong relationships with key client representatives and suppliers.
- Develop and implement fire safety procedures, policies, and guidelines to comply with local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address fire safety hazards.
- Coordinate with fire safety experts and authorities to ensure compliance with all codes and standards.
- Train staff and tenants on fire safety procedures and conduct drills to test emergency response plans.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Submit project progress reports and ensure defects rectifications post DLP.
- Promote a "Safety First" culture, enhance safety performance, and address safety risks promptly.
- Support building owners and the team to maintain high client service standards.
- Escalate issues to management if they impact performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and client standards in managed facilities.
- Adhere strictly to client policies, government regulations, and internal SOPs.
- Engage with tenants to address their needs resulting from work.
- Diploma in Building or Facilities Discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience, OR ITE / NTC facility management with 5 years' experience
- Experience in facilities and project management, knowledge of statutory requirements, strong customer service skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Technical and project management expertise, Microsoft Office skills, and ability to work independently and under pressure.
