Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Labrador Park

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)


▪ Support the hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment strategies are adopted to attract, hire and retain the right talents for leavers.

▪ Process payroll and submit CPF contributions for Singapore

▪ Verify the payroll, tax, and pension for affiliate overseas offices

▪ Prepare journal reports and other ad-hoc reports (eg. OED, compliance, headcount, etc)

▪ Submit statutory claims (eg. NS, Childcare, Paternity/Maternity claims)

▪ Prepare employment-related letters

▪ Ad-hoc duties related to HR responsibilities


Requirements

▪ Familiar with the Times Soft/Sage payroll system

▪ Knowledge of Success Factor is a plus

▪ Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experiences
