About the Role

The Senior HR Executive, HR Systems & Processes is responsible for providing strategic support for the human resource information systems (HRIS), leveraging technology to enhance HR functions and organizational effectiveness. This includes the use of HR metrics and analytics, and business process re-engineering to drive organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the end-to-end project schedule for system upgrades and implementations, from requirements gathering to system go-live preparations.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of HR projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain process and system documentation to facilitate HR user understanding and mastery.
  • Provide first- and second-tier system and process support to HR business partners and specialists.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports, including headcount, attrition, and Balanced Scorecard reports, as well as provide ad-hoc data and information.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Information Technology with at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience in cloud HR implementation is an advantage, with a preference for candidates with experience in SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external colleagues.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
