Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist. As an Emerging Talent Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Mapping and Review: Conduct thorough reviews of HR Emerging Talent topics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancement.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the Emerging Talent team, including tracking, monitoring, and updating progress on talent topics and programs.
  • Liaison and Event Management: Serve as a liaison contact for virtual and physical events, including the Infineon-Campus event, professional job fairs, and event execution.
  • Employer Branding: Support the implementation of employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice.
  • Project Coordination: Be involved in local and/or regional project coordination and meeting administration, including minutes-taking and follow-ups.

  • Learn to be a Recruitment Researcher to attract both internal and external talents.

Requirements:

  • On track to attain a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Social Sciences, or a relevant field of studies.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook.
