Senior/ Manager, HR Business Partner

As Senior/ Manager, HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives through providing consultative support and delivering programmes in all areas of strategic human resource including workforce planning, organisational change, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, talent management and staff development. Working closely with the assigned divisions’ management, you will act as an employee champion, assess and anticipate HR-related needs, and seek to develop effective win-win solutions.
[What you will be working on]
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the unique business needs and workforce issues of assigned divisions to effectively address their HR requirements.
- Offering strategic advisory services and solutions to meet the business and workforce needs of divisions.
- Providing HR policy guidance and ensuring end-to-end HR service delivery by maintaining partnership across all HR Functional Leads and divisions to implement HR programmes and services that are essential to the organisation.

Requirements
Knowledge / Skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, in particular Recruitment and Employer Branding, HR Business Partnership, Data Analytics & Insights and Career Development.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people, project management and analytical skills

- Resourceful and driven, with a pro-active approach to problem solving.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work within converging timelines
- Strong individual contributor and a great team player
