  • Help with hiring new employees, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee benefits like medical records, insurance claims, and leave entitlements.
  • Organize and schedule training courses, keeping good records of all training sessions.
  • Process monthly petty cash and travel expense claims for employees.
  • Handle overseas travel insurance claims and renew the Business Travel Insurance annually.
  • Book flights and hotels for employees and assist with travel visa applications.
  • Calculate workers' payroll, including overtime and verifying claims.
  • Assist the Admin team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant full spectrum experience
  • Knowledge of Info-Tech system
  • Immediate starter is preferred
