Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Health & Safety for all the employees in Tuas. The person will also be responsible for the Administration of the Offices in Tuas. Will be the Point of Contact for all our employees in Tuas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training, Compensation, Employee Grievances and Benefits for BCWs in Tuas as and when there is a need.
• Support the management in overseeing the Health & Safety aspects of the work environment.
• Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining meticulous records.
• Monitor and administer work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations via WPOL.
• Coordinate the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc.
• Admin activities such as ordering stationery, pantries, name card creation and others.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of BCWs’ employee database & Management of the TMS – through the HR Infotech & provide accurate details for Salary Processing.
• Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's security system.
• Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's transportation operations.
• Support in the company’s CSR activities.
• Assist in organising townhall and dialogue sessions.
• Responsible for Health & Safety in Tuas
Skills & Qualification:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role.
• No prior experience in Human Resources is required – on the job training will be provided.
• Experience managing Blue Collared workmen - right from hiring, retaining & managing the expectations of the employees would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with the local labour, health and safety legislation.
