[What the role is]
Using the workplace as a key asset, this role will require the individual to take a holistic
approach to creating the optimal work environment for employees to stay productive in
their work. This is achieved while working closely with the team to ensure the smooth
running of the day-to-day operations of the offices, including but not limited to tasks like
putting up of tenders for various contract, managing of vendors, budgeting, project
management and change management.

[What you will be working on]

We are looking for a detail-oriented, passionate individual and a team member to be part
of the team who will drive are responsible for planning and managing the workplace
portfolio for Singapore and APAC. You will play a critical role in delivering the workplace
experience that will aid in fostering the desired corporate culture and support corporate
objectives. You understand the role that space and place play in ensuring that staff can
operate at our best.


Change Management

  • Serve as a workplace ambassador and act as trusted partner to your colleagues and guests to enhance their experience when in the workplace.
  • Understand and see to the evolving spatial needs of the organisation - this could include office lease arrangements, design and use of workspaces, providing individual passes to flexible shared workspace as well as helping employees set up home offices.
  • Establish and continually optimize processes to improve the work environments that enhance the employee experience and adhere to health, safety and security regulations and workplace green initiatives.
  • Develop change management plans and create communication plans for impacted employees and teams in response to changes in space planning and work environments.

Facilities Management

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Oversee facilities management team and issues
  • Plan, call and manage contracts related to facilities management.
  • Ensure the compliance of environmental, workplace health and safety standards.
  • Advising on energy efficiency and cost effectiveness solutions.
  • Secure and manage external vendors and be responsible for tracking outcomes through SLAs and KPIs to ensure that projects are executed according to plan, delivered on time, and kept within budget.

[What we are looking for]

Skills & Knowledge:
Experience in Government procurement process, facilities management or project
management would be a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities and/or project management would be advantageous.
