AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

You will play a critical role as owner of the GTM strategy and execution of strategic technology solutions across APJ. You will collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize the most relevant local demand signals, solutions and partners to shape the GTM approach for the APJ.

Key job responsibilities


• Work with technology and industry solution specialists to identify and prioritize top use cases for APJ customers


• Own the localized solution response (AWS solutions, services, guidance and partners) to those demand signals by developing the right GTM approach


• Identify strategic Partners for APJ delivery with the APJ Partner team, develop and execute a deliberate Industry-specific strategy


• Build and test end-to-end programmatic packaged assets (Industry sales plays) to deliver and measure in market by piloting Industry targeted sales plays, measuring impact and scale into 2025


• Provide feedback loop on demand signals, solutions and gaps for ongoing inclusion of relevant solutions for APJ customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
