Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and Implement Business Development Strategies:Collaborate with the management team to define and execute the company's business development goals and strategies.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.

2.Drive Sales and Achieve Targets:Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue objectives of the company.Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends to address client inquiries and objections effectively.

3. Collaboration and networking session :Provide feedback and market insights to the product development team to drive innovation and product enhancements.Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networks and represent the company professionally.Requirements:

No experience is needed, and training is provided.

Min Diploma in business, marketing, finance or a related field

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market intelligence.
