Sales & Business Development Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our creative team to tailor solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
- Education: A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the media or creative industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and markets, and develop strategies to reach and engage them.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with Creative Team: Work closely with our creative team to understand our services and capabilities, and effectively communicate these to clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.ities and hallenges.

- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s network and business prospects.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to management.
