- Handling client inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions regarding laboratory services, pricing, and results.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of verified laboratory reports while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
- Efficient data entry in the Lab Information System (LIS) and proper labelling of clinical samples.
- Liaising effectively with clients and laboratory staff to ensure requests are managed accurately.
- Managing billing and payments for walk-in cases.
- Maintaining secure and compliant record management of request forms, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinating stock and inventory orders for office equipment and lab supplies.
- Collaborating closely with team members to ensure daily operations are conducted efficiently.
- Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in client service or administration; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in typing, computer skills, and a good command of English.
- Knowledge of Clinical Lab tests is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
