We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exemplary support to clients from local hospital labs, private labs, and overseas institutions, ensuring they receive prompt and efficient services.
  • Handling client inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions regarding laboratory services, pricing, and results.
  • Ensuring timely dispatch of verified laboratory reports while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
  • Efficient data entry in the Lab Information System (LIS) and proper labelling of clinical samples.
  • Liaising effectively with clients and laboratory staff to ensure requests are managed accurately.
  • Managing billing and payments for walk-in cases.
  • Maintaining secure and compliant record management of request forms, reports, and other documents.
  • Coordinating stock and inventory orders for office equipment and lab supplies.
  • Collaborating closely with team members to ensure daily operations are conducted efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in client service or administration; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in typing, computer skills, and a good command of English.
  • Knowledge of Clinical Lab tests is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
