Job Description
- Work closely withservice team on daily submitted service work orders forclosing.
- Preparation and processing ofinvoicing for completed work order.
- Ensuringall service work orders are accurate and completed with relevantdocument.
- Ensuring all completed service workorder are closed daily.
- Ensuring all invoicesare sent out to correctly with supporting documentation.
- Daily service work orders' documentsreconciliation.
- Preparation of daily/monthlyreports compilation for manager approval.
- Assist in subcon closing and processingpayment.
- Assist in monthly service salesclosing.
- Assist to consolidate CN for managerapproval and ensure documents are in order.
- Assist in internal and external audit.
- Provide general administrative support to the servicedepartment as needed.
- Any other duties asassigned by superior.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- 3- 5 years of operation or administrative experience.
- Possess good communication skills and positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and a team-player.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office like Excel,Outlook.
