We are currently working with a global Data Centre Developer with strong expansion growth strategy regionally to bring in a talented Human Resource Business Partner Manager who is dependable and possesses a systematic mindset to support in the delivery of HR operational services and to work closely with the HR team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (COE) and relevant stakeholders in the delivery of key HR services including organisational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement and performance management
  • Support in the planning and implementation of organisation changes, projects and initiatives
  • Deliver customer focused operational HR support and guidance on policies, procedures, and processes
  • Manage full end to end recruitment process from job posting, prepare proposal for management approval to offer management
  • Responsible for employee life cycle from joining to off boarding
  • Initiate continuous improvements to internal HR processes, systems and communications to enhance service experience
  • Provide statistical analysis on key employee metrics to identify talent trends and gaps
  • Support HR annual exercises, projects and initiatives as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in human resource, business administration or relevant field with at least 8 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and local labour laws
  • Experience in working with diverse cultures
  • Analytical and sensitive to numbers
  • Outstanding attention to detail, follow up and organisational skills
  • Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
  • Ability to perform independently in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Resourceful, adaptable, wellorganised and meticulous with an eye for detail
