Job Purpose
The Human Resource (Learning & Development) role is crucial for enhancing the quality and skill levels of our staff to achieve organizational effectiveness and excellent service delivery. This position provides administrative support in the review, development, and implementation of learning and development plans and programs, aligned with company's goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with management and line departments to meet both short-term and long-term goals and objectives HR.
- Provide administrative support in the review, development, and implementation of learning and development programs to ensure relevance, maintenance of standards, and alignment with goals and objectives.
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes such as system training, training administration, and performance indicators.
- Update and maintain training records.
- Support events, including staff wellness programs, process/work improvement review projects, and other related activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree
- Good analytical skills
- Organized, proactive, bold, with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results, customer, and people-oriented
- Strong passion and drive
- Good personal values, such as integrity
- Proficient in computer software skills, e.g., MS Office
