Our Client is a leading leader in the Aviation Industry and they are looking for vibrant individuals to be a part of their team

Job Scope:- Attending & responding to telephone, live online chat & email enquiries- Facilitating order collection, consolidation, cancellation & fulfilment- Ensuring proper filing of documentations- Packing & organizing merchandise into presentable & orderly manner for the customers- Checking & tallying stock on the inventories

Requirement:- GCE O level with 1 to 2 years of Customer Service / order processing experience- Strong team player and ability to work well independently - Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment- Experience in customer service is an added advantage

Other information:- Training Provided - Timing: 10am-10pm / 10pm-10am - Able to commit minimally 8 shifts per month
