Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

· Open and maintain customer accounts

· Process customers' orders and periodic follow up on orders with regular customers

· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

· Collect customer information to identify and assess customers' needs in order to achieve satisfaction

· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

· Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Process Technology / Applied Chemistry

· Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in sales administration, customer service, logistic or shipping department

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Good communication skills

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different cultures

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

· Independent yet strong team player

· Fluent in spoken and written English

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Willingness to work on Jurong Island; company transport provided
