Job Description

We are in search of a skilled and dynamic technical presales/architect professional. As a solution consultant, you will play a crucial role within our presales team, contributing to unlocking the full potential of the ServiceNow platform for our core clients. Your role will involve utilizing your technical and functional knowledge to construct compelling value propositions, solutions, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and programs tailored to our clients. We expect you to possess problem-solving abilities, creativity, and narrative skills to demonstrate to our clients the real essence of digital transformation through ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Evangelism: Serve as a key technical advisor and product proponent, articulating technology and product positioning to both technical and business users.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead exploration sessions to grasp customer challenges and needs, transforming them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Solution Architecture: Develop and suggest innovative solutions utilizing the Now Platform, ensuring alignment with client goals and business results.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate closely with the sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless and comprehensive solution delivery.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to the sales approach and propel opportunities from qualification to closure, reaching sales objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements, new features, and industry trends to stay ahead and offer value to clients.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical presales, showcasing a track record of driving new business sales for enterprise-level solutions
  • Experience with low-code application development platforms
  • A solid foundation in application development, encompassing technical skills such as Javascript, AngularJS, ReactJS, Database Management, HTML5, CSS, jQuery
  • A comprehensive understanding of integration methods like SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC
  • Any exposure to other technologies like RPA, OCR, Generative AI, Process Mining, etc., would be advantageous
  • Experience in establishing CICD practices and source control integrations is beneficial
  • Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and holding ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) is highly preferred
  • Effective stakeholder management capabilities, engaging with diverse personas ranging from developers to the C-Suite
  • A consultative approach, focusing on process enhancement methodologies
  • Above all, outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
