Responsibilities:
⦁ Partner with Digital Workspace Solution (DWS) Sales Specialist and Account Team to build pipeline through consultative selling approach, driving net new business opportunities within the existing regional account base as well as supporting client acquisition activities.
⦁ Position and leverage solution portfolio of DWS products and services to gain competitive advantage against competition. Promote services as part of all opportunities where applicable.
⦁ Analyze & gather business requirements from large & complex client environment, perform required research and investigation to identify and create a holistic technology-led service solution proposals that meet customer needs
⦁ Develop overall solutions including high-level design (e.g.
Whiteboarding), statements of work (SOW), service design, bills of materials (BOM) and direct vendors/ 3rd party to deliver low level design.
⦁ Sizing of professional services, managed services (deployment, migration, implementation, workshops, etc.) by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with delivery engineers, architects, practice leads and other professional and technical personnel (both internal and external).⦁ Support technical representation in Bid Management and Review process.
⦁ Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
⦁ Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
⦁ Conduct enablement / client briefing on relevant solution to both clients & internal teams.
Requirements:
⦁ Degree / Diploma in IT / Engineering or related field with at least 8 years of working experience in service delivery
⦁ Experience in solutioning Microsoft stack of products (Intune, Autopilot, etc) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, etc).
⦁ Understanding of DWS Managed services, including Service Desks and Managed Services
⦁ Have experience managing customer relationship
⦁ Excellent communication and organizational skills
⦁ Able to work in a dynamic and fast pace environment
