Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Presales Consultant to join our team. This role will play a role in driving sales by providing technical expertise and support during the presales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our services and products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering presales support to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documents.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably 8 years and above's proven experience in presales or technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of technology products and services, particularly in cutting-edge fields such as cloud computing, digital transformation solutions, data, AI and etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
