Leadership and Project Management:

This role is ideal for a technology leader who excels in managing both people and projects, and has a strong background in the Microsoft technology stack. The successful candidate will not only oversee the development team but will also contribute to coding, architecture, and ensuring high-quality software solutions while working with a global team.   • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing technology teams and software projects that focus on products that deliver complex analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Azure, DevOps, C#, .NET, and MS SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of software architecture and design.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in an Agile development environment.
