DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a skilled Technology Risk Manager to join our Group Technology and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving IT risk management initiatives, including risk governance, regulatory inspections, internal & external audits, and thematic reviews across functions and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external reviews/audits, from planning to reporting and closing meetings.
- Monitor and validate the closure of management actions arising from internal and external reviews/audits.
- Review new/revised processes, provide risk opinions, and ensure proper approvals and documentations.
- Collaborate with technology teams to conduct post-implementation reviews of new/revised processes.
- Prepare and develop technology risk insights for presentation at forums.
- Engage with technology stakeholders to identify risks and ensure remediation activities.
- Forge effective engagement with key stakeholders on risk & control matters.
- Manage technology risk initiatives and target reviews.
Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years of experience in risk management, preferably with technology exposure.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, assessing, and advising on technology risks.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and operating skills to drive the IT Risk agenda.
- Strong communication skills at all levels to effectively communicate with IT and senior management.
- Experience driving IT risk management in a digital age is a plus.
- Knowledge of Information Security, System Resiliency & Availability, and Software development practices and frameworks is preferred.
- Good technical competencies and exposure to IT application or infrastructure development, support, and management.
- Demonstrated experience of leveraging data and analytics to get stakeholder buy-in is a plus.
- Professional Certification preferred – CISA/CISM/CISSP/CRISC.
