About the role:


The
Senior Corporate Secretarial Associate will ensure full compliance with relevant laws for various entity registrations and handle shareholder and director-related transactions.

The role requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of corporate secretarial matters and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll do:

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, always meeting deadlines.

Assist in ACRA filings and maintain statutory registers.

Engage with third parties such as auditors, lawyers, and notary agents to complete client transactions.

Manage officer changes and administer Convertible Notes / SAFE / ESOP adoption and issuance processes.

Facilitate the declaration of dividends in compliance with legal requirements.

Provide guidance to junior staff and respond to inquiries in our ticket management app.

Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to corporate secretarial matters.

Who you are:

4+ years of experience in managing diverse corporate secretarial responsibilities.

Diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Business Management, or Law. CSIS qualification is a plus.

Familiarity with automated document systems.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Proven expertise in client interactions and relationship building.
