We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Social Media Manager who is passionate about building and communicating in the web3 space. You will be working with the development team and the player community to ensure that we build our next game, Mighty Action Heroes, transparently and with input from players.

This role can be remote but you must be in a timezone where you can have a minimum of 6 hours overlap with the core team based in Singapore.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in close collaboration with growth and product teams to strategise and execute on Mighty Bear's social media needs across all products, with focus on our web3 offerings
  • Establishing an editorial content calendar, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners to develop content that entertains, engages, and particularly for Mighty Action Heroes, informs in a voice that web3 communities recognise and empathise with.
  • Building and maintaining Mighty Bear's communities on social media & keeping up to date with global market trends in order to produce high-quality content
  • If needed, establishing Mighty Bear's product presence on new social media platforms like TikTok.
  • Creating and driving campaigns to increase social engagement and positive sentiment around our games, to help build a healthy and thriving community
  • Managing the conversation in collaboration with community managers and develop regular community reports in partnership with them.

As a successful candidate, you would have:

  • 3-4 years of experience managing and executing on social media brand channels and working cross-functionally with internal team to develop social media campaigns and accompanying assets
  • Experience in the web3 space, whether as a holder, builder, or happy member of the community
  • Experience with social media tools such as eClincher, and analytics and reporting from a social media context
  • Experience working in small teams, with the drive and ability to work independently where needed

As a bonus, you would:

  • Have experience working on video game or entertainment brands
  • Experience working with external creative agencies on social media content/campaigns.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and short notice on pivots
  • Deep and current pop culture knowledge
  • A love for the web3 space and the potential it holds
