Senior / Account Manager (B2b)

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned key accounts
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships
- Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
- Effectively communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop account plans and growth strategies
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions
- Forecast and track key account metrics
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in B2B sales
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
