Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop assigned key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell to existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
  • Effectively communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop account plans and growth strategies
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions
  • Forecast and track key account metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in B2B sales
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
