WHAT YOU'LL DO:


As the Senior Manager of B2B Sales & Account Management team for the RISE for Business program, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of BCG U.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about sales and team leadership, with a proven track record of effectively leading sales teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional client service.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide the team in client management and developing new business from sales opportunities across BCG U offerings in the Asia Pacific region.

Additionally, you will be responsible for owning the sales strategy, solving problems as they arise, and overseeing sales operations to ensure efficient and effective processes.

You will also act as a liaison between the team and upper management, providing regular updates on performance metrics and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


YOU'RE GOOD AT:

  • Take ownership of the sales strategy and execute it to drive business growth and revenue
  • Use problemsolving skills to continuously refine and improve sales and acquisition methods, staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices
  • Manage a team of B2B Sales & Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their objectives
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment on customer needs and feedback
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key client accounts, partners, business stakeholders, and sponsors from both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)
  • Ensure exceptional client service delivery by being a lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Develop new business and build a pipeline of leads to meet company objectives, thinking of innovative ideas for lead generation
  • Collect regular feedback on client needs, challenges, and objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve partnership
  • Proactively identify crosssell and upsell business opportunities from existing client portfolios, delivering monthly and annual targets
  • Analyse and identify best practices to drive continuous improvement in customer success, ensuring the sales team is wellequipped to handle changing customer needs
  • Review and manage internal client database to ensure accuracy and completeness

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience in sales or account management
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading or managing a team of sales or account managers
  • Experienced in serving and managing relationships with business leaders across both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), preferably in the corporate training space
  • Solid proficiency in project management and client relationship management methodologies
  • Strong problemsolving skills, execution skills and comfortable with fragmentation
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
