Roles & Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Key Account Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Responsibilities:
  • 1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • 2. Understand clients' needs and objectives, and align company products/services to meet those needs.
  • 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of products/services to clients.
  • 4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to key accounts.
  • 5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • 6. Act as the main point of contact between key clients and the company.
  • 7. Provide timely and accurate reports on key account status and activities.

  • Requirements:

  • 1. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar senior managerial role.
  • 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • 4. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • 5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
