You will be working in a global MNC in luxury wine and tailor-made services. They connect the finest wine producers with passionate wine lovers who are successful entrepreneurs, business leaders and philanthropists.


They are currently looking out for a (Senior) Key Account Manager to join their dynamic team to develop and manage the relationships with existing and new Members.


Responsibilities:

Expand and reinforce the Members, by looking after their needs and by accompanying them in their wine journey.

Together with the Purchase & Offer team, build and execute tailor-made offers to Members.

Together with the team, develop and execute the SEA experience strategy to achieve plan.

Use sales reporting systems to plan, monitor, report and analyze business performance against plan.

Increase the Company's knowledge of our existing Members by better defining and updating the wine profile of each Member.

Take care of existing Members from various other chapters travelling to your country.

In conjunction with other Account Managers, facilitate inter-region meetings among Members.

Deliver wine trainings and education to Members when required.

Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to members.

Review member's annual feedbacks and implement necessary improvements and upgrades.

Support the successful execution and completion of the Events program. In coordination with the Events department and Company's management.

Collaborate with sales support team to implement successful tailor-made tasting dinners.


Work closely with the logistics department and the sales support team to ensure proper delivery of wines and management of the Members' private wine collections.


Requirements:


Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales / Key Account Management / Client Management experiences across Wine & Spirits industries.

WSET Level 3 with strong passion and knowledge in Wine

Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills

Organized, meticulous and has a good sense of time management.

Base Salary range $7,000 to $9,000 / month, excluding bonuses.
