Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with key clients in the Marine and Oil & Gas industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and execution of account strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts, upselling and crossselling additional products and services as appropriate.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to key clients, effectively negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting on key account activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both Wenaas Workwear and key clients.
  • Monitor contract compliance and address any issues to maintain strong partnerships.
  • To inform product development and marketing initiatives, provide feedback to internal teams on product performance, customer needs, and market demand.
  • Using our CRM system, maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or any equivalent.
  • At least 58 years' experience in customer service, and Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the workwear, PPE, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Marine and Oil & Gas sector, with an understanding of industry trends and client requirements.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
